Main features

•   The software works on any TCP/IP network no matter whether you use dynamic or persistent IP addresses.
   
•   Both client and server programs operate under all Windows systems - Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT/2000/2003 and XP.
   
•   Operator accounts with different access rights, each having unique username and password for logon. All of your workers' actions are recorded in the reports.
   
•   Charging rates system, which allows you to define any pricing system, special rates can be assigned to different computer groups, user accounts can have different charging rates as well.
   
•   Periodical discounts system - ability to change charging rates automatically, at specific time or depending on the day of the week.
   
•   Accounts for members. They store detailed user information, account history and bill. It's possible to pay for products and services with account or even to have debt on account. There are four kinds of accounts:
  •   Time accounts - users buy a specific time period paying in advance. These accounts can always be recharged with extra time.
  •   Cash accounts - users have an specific amount of money to spend in your cafe. These accounts can always be recharged with extra cash.
  •   Use and pay accounts - users are charged every time they use account.
  •   Administrative accounts - used by administrators to maintain workstations.
  
   
•   Customer logon system - allows users to log onto their accounts from the workstation (independently from the operator). Accounts can be both prepaid and pay-when-you-leave depending on your business profile. The software can also automatically log on users with their Windows username.
   
•   Computer groups - you can use them to gather computers that share the same charging rate (for example: computers for IRC can have different charging rate than computers used for games of surfing the web).
   
•   Graphical reservation system - Internet clubs using CafeSuite usually have big traffic - that's why we developed an easy to use graphical reservation system and waiting queue feature.
   
•   System policies module - makes it possible to set certain restrictions on client workstations to prevent computer abuse.
   
•   Shop module - used to quickly report orders from your customers, includes basic inventory management, discounts for members and operators, customizable taxes and receipts
   
•   Support for external devices - you can use barcode scanner, magnetic card or smartcard reader to logon users with accounts.
   
•   Second currency - CafeSuite allows you to display charges in two currencies.
