Grouping workstations is useful when you have computers of different
standard that should have separate pricing. You can for example create
'UltraFast' group for your over 1Ghz brand new monsters and 'OldTimers'
for slower machines. You set group of given workstation(s) anytime by
entering its name workstation properies (menu List/Edit computer). Then
you can assign different charging rates to those groups using menu
Serice/Set Rates.

You could just add operators with usernames containing names of more than one employees such as 'John and Michael'.
